Previous Adaptations of Fitcher's Bird

I have had a look for previous adaptations of Fitcher's Bird, however I have not met with much success.

In 2007 a theatre group called Boo Town supposedly adapted the story and renamed it 'Fitcher's a Bastard, but his Bird's Alright.' However I cannot find more than a mention of it and it fails to provide me with any photographs.

However American Artist Cindy Sherman adapted the story into a series of photographs which were used in a modern edition of the novel. Here are the images I've been able to collect:
